The following driving under influence cases and resolutions were found in the records of the Hardin District Court. All convicted of impaired driving are subject to Commonwealth Drinking Driver Education and Mediation Services. Suspension of permit returned to Cabinet des transports, unless otherwise specified. Year of birth is in parentheses for identification purposes.

• Justin Matthew Hart (1982). Second offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants with aggravating circumstances and first offense driving with a suspended DUI license with aggravating circumstances. Sentenced to 12 months in prison, sentenced to serve 30 days with approved pay for two years and credited with one day served. Fine of $ 350 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 935.

• Larry Steven Mattingly (1981). First offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in prison with credit for one day served and probationary pay for two years. Fine of $ 200 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 804.

• Brenda Jane Skaggs (1962). First offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in prison with credit for one day served and probationary pay for two years. Fine of $ 200 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 804.

• Corredell D. Young (1975). First offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in prison with credit for one day served and probationary pay for two years. Fine of $ 200 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 804.
