The following driving under influence cases and resolutions were found in the records of the Hardin District Court. All convicted of drinking and driving are subject to Commonwealth Driver Education and Mediation Services. Suspension of permit returned to Cabinet des transports, unless otherwise specified. • Connor T. Bobzien (1993). Third offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 12 months in prison, sentenced to serve 60 days with approved pay for two years and credit for the time served. Fine of $ 500 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 1,039.

• Clayton T. Cochran (1976). Second offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 37 days in prison, sentenced to serve seven days with probationary pay of two years and credited with seven days served. Fine of $ 350 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 929.

• Leo D. Jones (1981). First offense driving a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 30 days in prison with credit for one day served and probationary pay for two years. Fine of $ 200 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 814.

Sentenced to 12 months in prison, sentenced to serve 37 days with credit for seven days served and the balance approved for two years. Fine of $ 350 plus court fees and service charges. Total: $ 970.
