Criminal arrests

Failure to report – Miguel Joseph Barron, 41, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. Barron appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on Tuesday on one count of non-reporting as a sex offender and two counts of non-reporting as a sex offender. He was held in Jackson County Jail without bail.

Medications – David Allen Hanscom, 51, with no reported address. Medford Police arrested Hanscom on Tuesday on two Class C felonies of failure to appear for illegal possession of less than an ounce of methamphetamine and for failure to appear for reckless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, and for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was held in the Jackson County Jail on bail totaling $ 18,000.

Mandates – Judd Patrick Palanuk, 55, of Block 2400 South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford Police arrested Palanuk on Tuesday on various warrants, including failure to appear for impaired driving, a felony and a warrant out of Josephine County. There are also offenses of failing to show warrants for driving with a suspicious or revoked license, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. There was also one count of providing false information to a peace officer.

Fugitive warrant – Greg Ray Sickler, 56, of the 900 block of South Mt. Shasta Boulevard, Mt. Shasta, Calif. He appeared in Jackson County circuit court on Tuesday on a fugitive warrant out of California and a public indecency warrant for misdemeanor. He was held in Jackson County Jail on $ 275,000 bond.
