• Keith Quintin Hill, 29, Radcliff, driving with a suspended or revoked license; speeding, 26 mph or more over the speed limit; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; non-registration of vehicle transfer; second offense failure to comply with the required insurance.

• Tammy O’Banion Jeffries, 46, Horse Cave, first drinking and driving offense; free endangerment in the first degree.

• Troy Russell Jeffries, 46, Horse Cave, first or second offense alcohol poisoning in a public place; resist arrest; second-degree disorderly conduct; first offense of obstructing violations by emergency responders.

• Rachel King, 35, Vine Grove, first drinking and driving offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; first offense possession of synthetic drugs; first offense, first degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; falsification of material evidence; leave the scene of an accident / do not provide aid or assistance; first non-owner operator offense of maintaining the required insurance.

• Amber Christne Morris, 40, Radcliff, first drinking and driving offense; possession of open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.

• Andrew James Nevins, 34, Hodgenville, third driving offense on suspended DUI license; reckless driving; no license plates; failure to appear; first offense failure of the non-owner driver to maintain the required insurance.

• Matthew Curtis Perry, 37, Rineyville, non-appearance.

• Leslie Gail Sewell, 37, Frankfort, driving with a suspended or revoked license; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; fault or bad signal; reckless driving; first offense driving under the influence of intoxicants; first offense, third degree trafficking in a controlled substance – unspecified drug; first offense, first degree possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine; second-degree possession of a controlled substance – hallucinogen.
